Why Daniel Ricciardo’s Move To Renault Could Be A Masterstroke?

Welcome to this the second video previewing the upcoming events of the 2019 Formula 1 season where today I analyse another important topic; I look at Australian driver Daniel Ricciardo’s move to Renault from Red Bull and why I think this decision really could turn out to be a masterstroke.

Previous Driver Moves

First off I will look at previous driver moves/decisions in the past that at the time seemed strange but eventually worked out brilliantly such as Lewis Hamilton leaving Mclaren for Mercedes and Michael Schumacher leaving Benetton for Ferrari.

Ambitious Driver Decisions

I will then look at driver decisions that were ambitious but never worked such as Fernando Alonso leaving Ferrari to go to Mclaren Honda. And I will also look at examples from Mercedes,Ferrari and Mclaren in the past that prove Renault’s project will take time to work.

Ricciardo’s Move to Renault
